Roberto Eugenio is a professionally trained contemporary film composer and orchestrator based in Madrid. With a solid background in classical guitar, musical arrangements, and orchestration, he focuses on crafting bespoke scores that combine classical craftsmanship with modern production to deliver tailored emotional landscapes. His experience includes composing and arranging music for various short films, documentaries, and advertising campaigns. Among his collaborative projects, he scored Santiago Zannou’s short film Vernon Walks (Paramount Channel) and Álvaro Longoria's Esperanza (Morena Films). He also composed the music for the documentary feature Ni distintos, ni diferentes: Campeones (Morena Films & Películas Pendelton), which was released in cinemas and is available on streaming platforms, as well as corporate pieces for the Fundación Botín directed by Carlos Saura Medrano, and the music for the Masorange corporate presentation in collaboration with the advertising agency Pingüino Torreblanca. Furthermore, he has collaborated extensively with Chaliwa Music & Sound, delivering original tracks for projects such as The Riveras trailer and the radio campaign for Enfagrow. A unique pillar of Roberto’s creative identity is his background as a former professional dancer and choreographer. This intimate relationship with movement gives him an organic instinct for timing, pacing, and dramatic energy. This perspective allows him to specialise in composing music for dance, contemporary choreography, and physical narratives, understanding the rhythm of human motion from an insider's point of view. Focused entirely on the creative and studio side of the craft, Roberto dedicates his time to composing, arranging, and recording his own productions. He is an active composer of classical guitar and chamber music works, with his scores officially published by Bergmann Edition and available on Amazon. Through each project, his goal remains to collaborate closely with filmmakers, delivering an authentic and carefully crafted musical identity that serves the story.
